French producer Hansgod has carved out a singular niche at the intersection of punk-tinged minimalism, hypnotic progressive house, and muscular techno. Cutting his teeth in the underground of Toulouse, he quickly earned a reputation for fearless sound design—layering jagged synths over rolling, low-slung grooves that keep dance floors on a razor’s edge.

Since 2015 he has delivered a steady stream of originals and remixes for Compatible Music, Krafted, Movement Recordings, and Soupherb Records while helming his own imprint, Gnosticuts, as a laboratory for left-of-centre ideas. Support from heavyweights such as John Digweed, Laurent Garnier, and Sasha has followed, alongside guest mixes on Proton Radio, Ibiza Global, and FRISKY. A regular resident within the Compatible Music family, his chart-topping EPs “Corrosive Relationship” and “Tangible” showcase both surgical production skills and an ear for emotion.
