Barcelona-based Hungarian producer and live act Adwer (Adam Werderits) stitches groove-laden techno and melodic house into widescreen narratives. Formerly known as Adept, his catalogue spans Suara, Stil vor Talent, Einmusika, Bonzai Progressive, Global Underground, Balance Music and Clash Lion. Support pours in from tastemakers Dixon, Hernán Cattaneo, Guy J, Nick Warren, Mano Le Tough, Maceo Plex and John Digweed.

His boutique imprint Bolygo Records, launched in 2016, doubles as a playground for experimental ideas. Before that, early outings on Compatible Music included the 2015 Control Voltage EP (with a remix from Sebastian Markiewicz) and an Adwer remix on Confute‘s We Pray. Breakthrough EP Our Genome—featuring remixes from Amandra and Marc Pinol—set the tone, while 2023’s wistful single Memory Lane and 2025’s genre-blurring EP Gospelkrautfunk (home to the Dixon‑championed “Kraut Komet“) nudged the label onto Beatport’s melodic charts. Elsewhere, cuts like Pigeonhole Thatand Lay Your Hands On Me reveal his knack for marrying hypnotic percussion with crystalline synth work.

On stage, Adwer transforms the booth into a modular playground: drum machines, hardware FX and real-time arrangement power an improvised live set that has ignited Barcelona’s Bridge_48 and Razzmatazz as well as clubs across Europe. Whether conjuring celestial leads on the fly or sculpting grooves in the box, he remains a restless explorer with fresh collaborations and remixes slated throughout 2025.
